TKA TK-BKH-C Lab Stainless Steel Glass Air Dryer Fast Dryer High Efficiency Cold and Hot Air Dryer

Glass airflow dryer is the use of all kinds of laboratories, laboratory drying glass instrument * drying equipment, also known as glass instrument dryer, glassware dryer, glass instrument airflow dryer, glass dryer, airflow dryer, test tube dryer and so on. It is suitable for colleges and universities, medicine, chemical industry, food processing and other fields of test tubes, beakers and other glassware. The company's glass air dryer is divided into two types: B and C. Type B is a new type, with automatic temperature control device (adjustable temperature 40-120ºC), and type C is all stainless steel temperature control. The equipment is divided into 12 holes, 20 holes and 30 holes can be selected. Standard pipe, opposite-sex tube, thickness and length, but also can be customized according to the need.

 

Product Characteristics

Usable Method

1. According to the size of the glassware to be dried, plug the corresponding specifications to the air outlet of the upper cover.
2. Turn the temperature setting knob to the desired temperature. Connect the power supply and connect the power switch. The cold air indicates the green light, and the motor blows the cold air. When the hot air switch is connected, the hot air indicator is on and starts to blow the hot air.
When the air temperature rises near the set temperature, the hot air indicator goes off and the heating stops (the blower motor continues to work). When the air temperature drops below the set temperature, the hot air indicator lights on and continues to heat.
3.When the glassware is dried, turn off the hot air switch first, remove the lamp glass after being blown to cool, and make sure that the air flow is cold air, then finally turn off the power switch and cut off the power supply.      

Note: It is strictly prohibited to turn off the power switch directly after drying to avoid the remaining heat stuck inside the equipment and burn out the motor and other components!
