Product Description

Vacuum freeze-drying technology, referred to as freeze-drying, also known as sublimation drying. Used in pharmaceuticals, biological products, chemical and food industries.

Main features:
1. Pre-freeze drying is performed in situ, reducing the tedious operation of the drying process and realizing the automation of the freeze-drying process
2. Silicone oil is used as a circulating medium, with high temperature control accuracy, shelf temperature difference ≤ 1 °C, and uniform drying effect
3. The shelf temperature is adjustable, controllable, explorable, pilot-scale and production process
4. Software operating system with independent intellectual property rights (with 3 software copyrights: 2019SR1119327, 2019SR1369020, 2019SR1274319)
5.7-inch true color touch LCD screen, real-time recording and display of cold trap temperature, sample temperature, partition temperature, vacuum degree
6. Data can be exported through USB, optional host computer software control, support computer browsing and printing
7. It can store 32 programs, each program can be set to 40 segments, the program parameters can be modified during the running process, and the final drying curve can be recorded
8. Since the drying chamber and the cold trap are separate structures, the water trapping ability is strong and the drying time is short.
9. The temperature of the cold trap can be preset, and the vacuum pump can be started only when the temperature is lower than the preset temperature, which can effectively protect the vacuum pump
10. Sample pre-freezing temperature can be set, linear cooling or programmed cooling can be selected
11. The square tray is not easy to deform, easy to operate and easy to clean
12. Equipped with an inflation valve, which can be filled with dry inert gas
13. The drying room adopts a colorless transparent plexiglass door with high light transmission, which can clearly observe the changing process of the material during the operation.
