ZNHW intelligent constant temperature electric heating jacket product description
  The electric heating jacket is made of alkali-free glass fibre as insulating material, in which Cr20Ni80 alloy wire is made into insulating heating rope by winding machine, yarn wrapping machine and knitting machine spring device, and then made into heating body of different sizes and specifications by pure hand knitting method according to the national standard flask size for heating.
  *Exclusive firstly special moulds are used to shape the aluminium silicate wool by vacuum extraction, adding glue and drying to make a hemispherical environmental protection heat preservation body.    
  *The shell is injection moulded in one go and the iron is electrostatically sprayed, which is both beautiful and corrosion resistant. Due to the spherical heating, the heating area of the container can reach more than 65%, which has the characteristics of fast heating, high temperature, easy operation and durability.
  * Comes with flask clip fixing hole (inverted wire).   
  ZNHW type electric heating set temperature control adopts computer chip as the main control unit, adopts multiple digital filter circuit, fuzzy PID control algorithm, with high measurement accuracy, small temperature impulse, single key touch operation, double screen display, internal and external thermocouple temperature measurement, silicon controlled output, 160-240V wide voltage power supply, and broken couples protection function, with fast temperature rise, high temperature, easy operation and durable features It has the characteristics of fast temperature rise, high temperature, easy operation and durability.
