TCSF-20 ultrasonic double-layer glass reactor is used for sonochemical reaction, enzymatic reaction, preparation of nanomaterials, crushing, emulsification, homogenization, demulsification, dehydration, separation, extraction, digestion and weight reduction of animal and plant cells and virus cells , defoaming, petroleum oxidative desulfurization, refractory organic wastewater treatment, oily sludge cleaning and deoiling, residual biological sludge dewatering, algae removal, algae suppression, sterilization, cleaning, etc. It is also widely used in chemical engineering, materials engineering, environmental engineering, biochemistry, microbiology, medicinal chemistry, surface chemistry, physics, zoology and other fields.
There are two major types of ultrasonic generators.
One category is the use of mechanical methods to generate ultrasound, there are pneumatic (gas whistle type) and liquid dynamic (liquid whistle type); the other category is the use of electromechanical effects to generate ultrasound: there are ultrasonic cleaner reactor, sound variable amplitude rod immersed in the reactor and cup type reactor.

The advantage of the acoustic amplitude rod immersion reactor is that the sound intensity can be adjusted to obtain a higher sound intensity, but the disadvantage is that the temperature of the reaction liquid is difficult to control, and the probe surface is subject to cavitation corrosion may cause pollution of the reaction liquid.

The ultrasonic gas-lift type internal circulation reactor has a simple structure, low cost and good effect, and has great potential for application in gas-liquid two-phase and gas-liquid-solid three-phase reactions.
