Rotary evaporator, also known as rotary evaporator, is composed of motor, distillation bottle, heating pot, condensing pipe and other parts, and is mainly used for continuous distillation of volatile solvent under reduced pressure conditions, applied in chemical, chemical, biological medicine and other fields. The laboratory instrument rotary evaporator is mainly used for the concentration of the extract and the distillation of the receiving solution during the chromatographic separation, which can separate and purify the reaction products.

 

Main Features

• The parts in contact with the material are all made of high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and PTFE materials, which have stable performance and are not easy to react with the materials.

• The main stent is made of aluminum alloy.
• The sealing system uses PTFE + fluororubber compound sealing.
• The piston-type feeding valve is sleeved with PTFE extension tube, which can be continuously fed to the evaporation bottle under vacuum status.
• Upright double-layer serpentine coil as integrated condenser.

• Rotating and heating is controlled by power switch, which is a ON-OFF tilt button.

• Electronic stepless speed regulation, fine-adjustment by knob, digital display of rotating speed.
• The pot is made of aluminum alloy + PTFE composite pot. The heating plate is closed and heated with PT100 sensor and digital display of temperature.

• The main machine is lifted electrically. And the manual switch, a tilt button also can control the up and down of main machine.

• Rotating and heating double fuses safety protection.
