5L Digital Control Rotary Evaporator for essential oil distillation
Rotary evaporators are mainly used for concentration, crystallization, drying, separation and solvent recovery in the pharmaceutical, chemical and biopharmaceutical industries. The principle is: under vacuum conditions, constant temperature heating makes the rotary bottle rotate at a constant speed, and the material forms a large-area film on the bottle wall, which evaporates efficiently. The solvent vapor is cooled by a high-efficiency glass condenser and recovered in the collection bottle, which greatly improves the evaporation efficiency. It is especially selected for the concentration and purification of biological products that are easily decomposed and denatured at high temperature.
Features:
1. The internationally advanced EL airtight system is adopted, which can maintain a high degree of vacuum. Gas-liquid separation, no backflow.
2. The main and auxiliary high-efficiency double condensers are used to ensure high recovery rate.
3. The rotary bottle is connected with a nut for easy loading and unloading.
4. There is a discharge valve at the bottom of the collecting bottle, and the recovery of the solvent is very fast.
5. A vacuum check valve is installed between the collecting bottle and the auxiliary condenser, and the material can be continuously fed without affecting the evaporative vacuum during discharging.
6. The vacuum system is equipped with a vacuum gauge, which can adjust the best working vacuum degree for low boiling point materials.
7. The water bath is electronically controlled by constant temperature, and can be lifted up and down.
8. Reasonable structure and exquisite materials. The mechanical structure adopts a large number of stainless steel and aluminum alloy parts. All the glass rooms are made of high temperature resistant borosilicate glass.
