The hydrothermal digestion tank is also called high pressure digestion tank, hydrothermal reaction kettle, pressure dissolution bomb, and high pressure digestion tank. It uses the strong acid or strong alkali in the tank and the high temperature and high pressure airtight environment to achieve the purpose of quickly digesting insoluble substances.
Overview of the hydrothermal digestion tank:
1. Pour the reactant into the PTFE liner (temperature resistance of 200 degrees) or PPL para-polyphenylene liner (temperature resistance of 280 degrees), and ensure that the feeding coefficient is less than 0.8.
2.Make sure that the lower gasket of the kettle body is in the correct position (the protruding side faces downward), and then put in the PTFE bushing or PPL bushing and the upper gasket, firstly tighten the kettle lid, and then use the screw to turn the kettle lid tightly.
3.Put the hydrothermal kettle in the heater, and heat it up to the required reaction temperature according to the specified heating rate. (less than the specified safe operating temperature).
4.When it is confirmed that the temperature in the abdomen is lower than the boiling point of the solvent of the reactant, the lid of the kettle can be opened for subsequent operations. When the reaction is over to cool it down, it should also be operated in strict accordance with the specified cooling rate to facilitate safety and the service life of the reactor.

6. Clean it in time after each use to avoid corrosion. Special attention should be paid to cleaning the sealing parts of the kettle body and the kettle cover line, and to prevent them from being bruised and damaged.

2. 80% of the inner cup capacity. If the gas production of the reactants is large, it is recommended to use cold nitrification overnight, especially using perchloric acid, hydrogen peroxide, etc.!
3. If the experiment needs to be carried out in an oven, necessary safety protection measures are required when taking the cans, such as: face protection, hand and foot protection, respiratory protection, etc.
