Working Process
1. The electronic thermostatic oil bath should be placed on a fixed platform, first clamp the hose of the drainage port, then inject water and heating oil into the oil bath (to shorten the heating time, hot water can also be injected).
2. Turn on the power, the red indicator light showing OFF is on, turn the temperature adjustment knob to the set temperature (clockwise to raise the temperature, counterclockwise to lower it), the water starts to be heated and the indicator light ON is on; when the temperature rises to the set temperature, the indicator light OFF is on and the water starts to be thermostated.
3. After the oil bath has been thermostated, the container with the items to be thermostated is placed in the oil bath to start the thermostat.
4. To ensure the effect of constant temperature, the container can be sealed with cardboard in the contact part of the thermostat, and the thermostat should be lower than the thermostat surface of the oil bath.
5. After use, remove the thermostat, turn off the power supply and exclude the oil in the chamber. And make a record of the use of the instrument.
