Ultrasonic High Pressure Photocatalytic Reactor

Ultrasonic high-pressure reactor is the use of ultrasonic dispersion, pulverisation, activation and other multiple interactions, the role of which can destroy the solvent structure, improve the reaction activity, dispersion of pulverised particles, so that its linearity is further reduced. Field experiments have proved that the ultrasonic reactor can play a significant role in the ultra-fine level pulverisation and nano-dispersion of powdered substances in the liquid phase, and at the same time can play a role in accelerating the reaction of powdered substances involved in the reaction, emulsification reaction and homogeneous reaction. It can realise ultrasonic extraction and ultrasonic crushing operation under high temperature and high pressure (when ultrasonic: the temperature is adjustable from room temperature to 90ºC, and the reaction temperature after ultrasonic is adjustable from room temperature to 300ºC, and the ultrasonic frequency is 20KHz-40KHz). Ultrasonic high-pressure reactor can be widely used in stubborn catalytic reaction, chemical biology, microbiology, physics, zoology, pesticides, Chinese herbal medicine and pharmaceutical field of teaching scientific research. It has the ability to quickly achieve extraction, crushing, dispersion, emulsification, suspension, mutant air suspension, accelerated chemical reaction at room temperature or high temperature and high pressure, and can be applied to a variety of volatile or non-volatile lysosomal enzyme extraction media, as well as ultrasound-enhanced reaction process.
