Rotary evaporators are mainly used for continuous distillation of large quantities of volatile solvents under reduced pressure. Main components: using rust-proof aluminum alloy, engineering materials, high-quality glass. Compact structure, beautiful appearance and durable.
Main engine transmission: adopts precision reduction motor, electronic speed regulation, gear and rack type rotating device. Increase the diameter of the rotating shaft tube, so the evaporation tube tube is 1.5 times larger than the general instrument, which improves the evaporation efficiency.
Lifting mechanism: The principle of mechanical retraction and release of point contact is adopted, and the hydraulic auxiliary push achieves rapid rise, steady speed descent, and improves efficiency.
Evaporation pipeline: It is composed of high-quality high-temperature resistant glass and fluorine plastic, and the two ends are sleeved with "silicon-fluorine-compliant sealing rings" for vacuum sealing. It has a long service life and can be removed for cleaning or replacement on a regular basis as needed.
Heating tank: FTFE aluminum alloy composite pot Φ23*13. The jacket is protected by special engineering. The fully enclosed electric heating is installed on the rust-proof aluminum alloy base, which is stable and reliable, and can be moved for evaporation.
