The functions and technical parameters of the parallel High Pressure Reactor are as follows
Uses plug-in K-type needle sensors, made of 316L stainless steel. Operating temperature max: 350°C. Temperature display accuracy: ±1ºC. Design pressure: 25MPa, working pressure<=22Mpa. standard configuration: reactor body made of 316L, electric fiber furnace, needle and ball valves and pressure gauge, 1.5m stainless steel connection pipe, a set of spanner.
Stirring speed and temperature are digital display 0-1500RPM, speed accuracy ±5RPM, power supply: 220V, 50HZ, stirring power: 25W-120W with model, heating power: 300W-1200W with model. Insulation layer: vacuum shaped environmental protection insulation body made of aluminium silicate cotton, insulation layer: alkali-free glass fibre, insulation coefficient: ≥500 megs at relative humidity ≤35%. Working time: single continuous working 72 hours.
Equipped with 25Mpa pressure gauge, and intelligent pressure relief valve. The highest pressure is less than 22Mpa, and the pressure accuracy is 1Bar.
The valves and fittings are American standard and the interfaces are standard. The ball valve can be connected to an inert gas filled bottle for inert protection of the experimental reaction, so that the reactants are not in direct contact with air.
Technical upgrade highlights: The parallel autoclave unit simplifies tedious experiments and allows for diverse tandem experiments in different environments or at different temperatures/pressures in the same environment on the same operating table, and can be connected to a computer via RS232 communication interface to print and display historical values and actual curves required by the user, and monitor the whole system in real time via software.
