The newest multi-functional microwave chemical high-pressure reaction platform from Xi'an Taikang Technology Co. The instrument is equipped for microwave synthesis/extraction reactions under high temperature and high pressure conditions, and can meet the conditions for high pressure reactions under rapid temperature rise conditions.
Microwave Reactor Features Overview
1. Microwave synthesis reactor power with the reaction temperature and pressure automatic closed-loop continuous control, providing non-pulse microwave continuous heating, microwave zui large output power 1600W, operating power 0-1200W.
2. Piezoelectric crystal pressure sensor, real-time control and display of the pressure and pressure rise curve in the reaction tank, control range: 0-10MPa (1500psi/100 atmospheres), control accuracy 0.01MPa.
3. High precision platinum resistance temperature sensor, real-time control and display of the temperature and temperature rise curve in the reaction tank, control range: 0~300ºC, accuracy ±0.5ºC.
4. Double buffer explosion-proof furnace door structure, when the reaction is abnormal, the double buffer structure ensures the personal safety of the operator and the integrity of the furnace door structure.
5. Multi-flux sample processing, up to 10 samples can be processed simultaneously, or 1-10 samples can be processed separately.
6. High pressure reactor with high strength frame structure equipped with airtight reactor, explosion-proof structure is safe and reliable; decompression assisted opening design, easy and simple operation. Double-layer tank structure: zui high withstand pressure up to 15MPa (2250psi), zui high withstand temperature 300 ºC, the inner tank volume 100ml, each batch zui large output power 10 cans. The inner tank is imported TFM material and the outer tank is imported PEEK material.
7. Double page real-time display, digital display including: pressure, temperature, time, microwave power and work steps, etc., curve display including: temperature and pressure in the reaction tank with time climbing curve.
8. All reaction tanks can be cooled either inside the furnace chamber (air-cooled, real-time display of cooling temperature & pressure during cooling) or outside the furnace chamber (suitable for air-cooled and water-cooled), with fast cooling speed and high utilization rate of the furnace chamber.
9. Special microwave chamber for industrial poles, uniform chamber (microwave resonance chamber) design to ensure that all samples are processed simultaneously, multiple anti-corrosion coatings to ensure that the chamber is resistant to a variety of acid and solvent corrosion over time.
10. The chamber is equipped with a high power exhaust system, so that reactions can be carried out continuously for a long time in a ventilated, safe and easy to observe environment.
11. Multiple active and passive protection measures: safety explosion-proof film, sealing bowl, safety shield, automatic instrument alarm device, etc.
