Product Introduction

The reaction medium can be placed in the inner layer of the double-layer stainless steel reactor for stirring reaction, and the interlayer can be heated/cooled at a constant temperature through a cold and heat source (refrigerant liquid, water or hot oil, which is an experimental/medium for the preparation of modern synthetic chemicals, biopharmaceuticals and new materials). Features

1. Made of 304 stainless steel, with excellent physical and chemical properties.

2. Frequency conversion speed regulation stirring, stable and reliable operation, large torque and no spark.

3. The PTFE components are sealed and the degree of vacuum (about -0.095mpa).

4. The overall stainless steel frame structure (the connecting parts of the three-way and the four-way are all made of stainless steel), which is compact, firm and does not go out of shape; with a brake angle wheel, it is easy to move.

5. The smallest or no dead angle PTFE discharge valve, kettle body and cover are also customized according to customer requirements.

6. The heating (cooling) solution of the reaction interlayer can be completely removed after the reaction is completed, and no liquid will accumulate.

7. Regardless of refrigeration or heating, matching products can be produced according to customer requirements.

8. The overall structure is scientific, novel, practical and beautiful.

9. There is an audition port on the lid of the kettle, which can observe the reacted materials, feeding port, fast feeding, equipped with a pressure gauge, and can also react under positive pressure.
