1. The hydrothermal synthesis reactor is made of high-quality non-magnetic stainless steel. The Chamber has double-layer care such as polyvinyl fluoride cover and stainless steel, which is resistant to acid and alkali. With beautiful appearance, reasonable structure, easy operation and good corrosion resistance, it is an ideal product for sample digestion in scientific research fields such as university laboratories, environmental monitoring, health and epidemic prevention, and quality supervision.
2. The kettle body and the kettle cover can be tightened to have a sealing effect, and the sealing effect is stable and leak-free for a long time. The corresponding working pressure does not exceed 3MPa, and different heating temperatures and heating times can be determined according to the technical indicators of different samples.
3. The hydrothermal synthesis reactor adopts the external heating method to reduce the volume, and it is advantageous for multiple reactors to be at the same reaction operating temperature (such as placing multiple reactors in an oven for heating).
How to use?
1.Put the reactant into the reactor body, and the added reactant should not exceed 80% of the volume of the kettle body. In actual use, it is generally recommended not to exceed 75%.
2.If the reactant is corrosive, the inside of the reactor body should be placed in a corrosion-resistant lining (polytetrafluoroethylene, para-polyphenylene), so as to ensure that the reactor body is not corroded.
3. Put the hydrothermal kettle in an oven or other heater and heat it up to the required reaction temperature according to the specified heating rate, making sure that it must not exceed the specified reaction kettle design temperature.
4. After the reaction is completed, cool down and cool down. Be sure to pay attention to the cooling process and operate in strict accordance with the regulations to ensure safety. Correct operation can prolong the life of the hydrothermal kettle.
5.The lid of the reactor can be opened only after the temperature in the reactor body is lowered below the boiling point of the reactor contents.
