2X-4A 4L/S Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump
It can be pumped directly from the atmosphere, it can be used alone or as a booster pump, Roots pump, gas circulation cooling Roots pump, oil diffusion pump, pre-stage pump of molecular pump, maintenance pump, pre-pump of titanium pump. It can be used for vacuum coating, vacuum heat treatment, vacuum smelting, electronic tubes, light bulbs, chemical industry, packaging, blister forming, photovoltaic, industrial and mining enterprises in distillation, drying, freezing, filtration, physicochemical and other vacuum operations.
Feature
1.Working requirements: the continuous working time should not exceed 3 minutes when the pressure is greater than 6500Pa in order to avoid pump damage caused by oil spray.
2.Working requirements: under the condition that the pressure is less than 1330Pa, it is allowed to work continuously for a long period of time.
3.Ambient temperature: the vacuum pump is normally used at a room temperature of 5ºC-40ºC and a relative temperature of not more than 90%.
4.Gas type: clean and dry air without other mixtures at room temperature, no other dust and moisture are allowed.
5.With gas ballast valve, it can pump out a small amount of water vapour to prolong the use of pump oil (except 2X-4A).
6.Neon lamp manufacturing vacuum pump, single crystal furnace, polycrystalline furnace, laminating machine supporting vacuum operations.
7.It can be used as medium vacuum pump alone, or combined with other high vacuum pumps as pre-stage pump.
8.One pump with multiple pumping heads can save energy by improving the rate.
