Product Overview.
The hydrothermal crystallization reactor is used to achieve rapid dissolution of insoluble substances by using a strong acid or base in a tank and a high temperature and high pressure closed environment. It can be used in the determination of heavy metals such as lead, copper, cadmium, zinc, calcium, manganese, iron, mercury, etc. It can also be used as a reaction vessel for high temperature and high pressure corrosion resistance and high purity, as well as for organic synthesis, hydrothermal synthesis, crystal growth or sample ablation and extraction. In sample pre-treatment ablation of heavy metals, sludges, rare earths, aquatic products, organic matter, etc. Therefore, it is widely used in research and production in petrochemical, biomedical, material science, geochemistry, environmental science, food science, commodity inspection and other sectors.
Material Description
The shell of the hydrothermal reactor is made of 304 high quality stainless steel and is sealed with a round tongue and groove and a strong manual spiral. It has good sealing, high safety factor, low consumption of acid and solvent, and easy to use!
Inner material: (a) white polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE or F4 for short) (b) black para-polyphenylene (PPL for short)
Features
1.High temperature resistance: F4 use temperature -200~+220ºC; PPL use temperature -200~+280ºC.
2. Low temperature resistance: -196°C can be maintained at 5%.
3. corrosion resistance: resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, aqua regia and various organic solvents.
4. Insulation resistance: dielectric properties are independent of temperature and frequency.
5. High lubrication: the lowest coefficient of friction among solid materials.
6. Non-adhesive: does not adhere to any material; strong self-lubrication: coefficient of friction of 0.04 in solid materials
7. Non-toxic: physiologically inert, can be implanted in the human body; ageing resistant for long-term use in the atmosphere
8. Anti-pollution: low blank value of metal elements, lead content less than 10-11 g/ml, uranium content less than 10-12 g/ml.
9. Leak-proof: when dropped from a height of 1.2m above the ground, the bottle does not break, the cap does not fall off and there is no breakage or leakage.
