1. Kettle body part
Volume: 50ml (built-in PTFE lining);
Material: SS316L stainless steel;
Design pressure: 16Mpa; working pressure: -0.1Mpa-9.9Mpa
Design temperature: ≤350 ºC; working temperature≤300 ºC;
The kettle is equipped with multi-functions, such as air inlet, outlet, feed and temperature measurement functions; with online sampling function; intelligent safety pressure relief valve (safety pressure relief accuracy ± 0.2Mpa);
2. Stirring part
Adopt magnetic suspension vortex magnetic stirring, rotation speed 0-2500 rpm (LED digital display adjustable, accuracy ± 1 rpm)
Sealing method: magnetic sealing plus metal hard seal (magnetic static seal effectively guarantees zero gas leakage)
Heating method: 800 Watt ceramic electric heater
Stirring form: vortex type super strong magnetic stirring, 60 watts driving power,Japan's original Panasonic driving motor.

3. Temperature control section
Temperature control: PID heating control (LED digital display), temperature control accuracy: ± 1 degree, with timing function.
