Product Introduction
1.Kettle Body Section:
Effective volume: 100ml; Material: 316L stainless steel; Design pressure: 15Mpa; Working pressure display: -0.1Mpa-10Mpa (pressure can be precisely controlled); Design temperature: ≤650ºC; Working temperature: ≤600ºC; Translucent aperture φ40mm, material using Japanese imported quartz glass polishing sheet. The kettle lid port is equipped with multi-functional air inlet, air outlet, feed, temperature measurement, speed measurement and needle sampling functions; with online sampling function; ★TKA adjustable intelligent safety relief valve (safety pressure relief accuracy ±0.1Mpa, the kettle pressure exceeds 8Mpa when the intelligent open exhaust); ★The third party issued the product pressure test report certificate; ★With built-in gas uniform dispersion filter device, with real-time online Sampler device, with liquid sampling and filtering device.
2.Mixing section:
Adopt magnetic suspension vortex type magnetic stirring, speed 0-2000 rpm (LED digital display adjustable, accuracy ±1/min), require drive electrode and coupler for integrated design for easy operation.★Sealing method: magnetic seal plus metal hard seal (magnetic static seal effectively ensures zero gas leakage).
Heating method: 800 watts wire jacket electric heating.
Stirring form: vortex type super magnetic stirring, driving power 60 watts. Original Japanese Panasonic drive motor.
3.Temperature control section::
Temperature control: PID controlled temperature rise control (digital display), temperature control accuracy ±1, with timing function.
Speed control: 0-2000 rpm (digital display), speed accuracy ±1/min.
Time control: 0-9999 minutes (can work timer setting).
★Safety control: The whole machine is equipped with power-off start-stop protection function, leakage protection function, over-temperature alarm function and over-pressure relief function.
Applicable power supply: Single-phase 220V±10%, 50Hz;
4.Configuration standards:
Valves: US brand (SS-OVM2-SH 3000psi), one needle valve for sampling and one ball valve for inlet/outlet, one constant pressure control valve.
★Pressure gauge: the maximum display value 20Mpa using shockproof design, the lowest display value 0.2Mpa, choose stainless steel movement TKA brand anti-pressure and shockproof gauge.
★Safety pressure relief valve adopts TKA intelligent monitoring safety pressure relief, one PT1000 temperature sensor, one set of fast separation cooling bracket for reactor.
5.Equipment accessories:
One set of stainless steel dismantling spanners, one set of moving handles, one set of high pressure hoses with special link for gas cylinders, one set of PTFE reaction cell liners. One set of spare seals.
