Product Description

Vacuum freeze dryers are widely used in the medical, pharmaceutical, biological research, chemical and food industries. FD series electric heating series freeze dryer can speed up the drying efficiency and save energy, can provide a variety of freeze drying program setting, through the program setting heating with temperature and time changes to form a curve, suitable for scientific research experiments or small batch processing production.

1. The machine adopts imported compressor for refrigeration, with rapid cooling and low cold trap temperature.
2.Adopt 7 inch true color touch LCD control system, easy and convenient to operate, and powerful.
3. Industrial embedded operating system, ARM9 core control circuit design, 32M memory 128M FLASH, fast operation response and large storage data.
4. The control system automatically saves freeze drying data and can be viewed in the form of real-time curve and historical curve, the whole freeze drying process is clear and obvious.
5. The drying chamber adopts colourless and transparent drying chamber, the sample is clear and intuitive, and the whole process of freeze drying can be observed.
6. The connection between the vacuum pump and the main unit is made by the international standard KF quick connector, which is simple and reliable.
7. The machine can store several freeze-drying curves and extract the data to the computer with a USB stick, so that you can view and print the freeze-drying curves on the computer.
8. Thousands of programs can be stored, each program can be programmed to set the pre-freezing section and drying section, the freeze dryer can modify the program parameters during operation and record the final drying curve.
9. The partition adopts 36V safety voltage silicone rubber electric heating plate as the heating element, and the unique heating curve calculation method makes the heating more stable, safer and more accurate temperature control.
