The electric heating jacket is made of alkali-free glass fiber as insulating material, in which the Cr20Ni80 alloy wire spring is installed, and the hemispherical heat preservation body is insulated with aluminum silicate cotton by vacuum shaping, the shell is injection molded at one time, and the upper cover adopts electrostatic spraying technology, because of the spherical heating, the heating area of the container can reach more than 60%. PID control algorithm, self-tuning function, with high measurement accuracy, small temperature rushing, single key touch operation, double screen display, internal and external thermocouple temperature measurement, silicon control output, ~160-240V wide voltage power supply, and has a broken couple protection function, with fast temperature rise, high temperature, easy operation, durable characteristics. It is the most ideal instrument for precise temperature control and heating test.
