    There is no tank for internal circulation, the volume of the internal circulation is small (most equipment has an internal circulation volume of only 6-10L), the effective power density is large (W/L), the rate of heating and cooling is fast and the demand for heat transfer oil is relatively small.
    The equipment uses a wavy plate heat exchanger with a large heat exchange area and fast heat exchange rate.
The whole liquid cycle is closed: no oil mist evaporates at high temperatures, so the heat-conducting oil will not be oxidised or browned; at low temperatures it will not absorb water vapour from the air, extending the life of the heat-conducting oil and resulting in low operating costs.
    Precise control of the temperature of the chemical reaction, the first choice for safe control of exothermic reactions.
PID intelligent control is used to automatically adjust the power output according to the chemical process and precisely control the temperature of the reaction process to meet the requirements of the reaction process for temperature changes.
Specially tailored circulation pumps provide maximum flow rate, generate minimum pressure and heat, achieve maximum heat exchange efficiency, minimum system resistance, minimum pump system heat and minimum system energy consumption.
The standard model adopts PLC control and has a more user-friendly display interface (human-machine interface) for easy operation.
   If the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the reactor reaches the safety limit required by the manufacturer, the unit will automatically stop working and give an alarm to ensure that the reactor does not rupture due to excessive temperature difference.
